Mu Alpha Theta traveled to Weston, Fla. March 1 to compete in the March Regional FAMAT competition hosted by Cypress Bay High School. During the regular season, junior and high school students compete in topics covering pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, precalculus, statistics and calculus. Competing in two consecutive rounds, students take either two individual tests or one individual test and one team round test.
