Round MUN: Model UN kicks off their season at WUMUNS

A global pandemic has put a lot of school activities on hold; Model UN (MUN) is not one of them. The MUN team competed at the Washington University Model UN Synopsis Oct. 10. While the event normally takes place in Washington University’s St. Louis campus, this year WashU hosted the conference over Gatherly, a video conferencing site. Keep Reading

Newsmagazine staff publishes first issue

After publishing the last issue of last year digitally due to the pandemic, the newsmagazine staff began production of the next edition of The Patriot Post over the summer. Junior Kaitlin Cruz and senior Camila Otero worked together to win Moot Court States this year. Cruz’s first competition was this year and Otero has been participating since her sophomore year. Keep Reading

2021 National Merit Semifinalists list released

After taking the PSAT in October, 54 seniors scored high enough to qualify for National Merit Semifinalist status. Part of a pool of 16,000 total, these 54 students, listed below, now have the chance to advance to a Finalist title and compete for one of 7,600 scholarships that total $30 million. Keep Reading
