The chocolate flavor was certainly present, yet almost overwhelmingly so. I am not the greatest fan of overly sweet drinks, so I felt this uncomfortable lingering taste after I drank it. The whipped cream and chocolate syrup also added to the sweetness. If you are not a caffeine fan and are looking for a sugar rush, this could be the drink for you but, in my opinion, the regular hot chocolate is infinitely better.
This drink has a very strong taste of peppermint, so I would only recommend it if you are a fan of a strong Christmas flavor. I would advise getting it iced and with a large helping of whipped cream, because it helps balance out the intensity of the peppermint. This drink also contains a heavy amount of caffeine so be prepared. Personally, I enjoy the flavors of both peppermint and coffee, so I loved this drink. (Photo/Irene John)

For those who love a strong peppermint taste and a whiff of the holiday season, this drink is the perfect choice. The mocha consists mainly of dark chocolate flavoring and caffeine which beautifully complements the sharp minty flavor. Topped with luscious chocolate shavings, extra sweet whipped cream and an addictive aftertaste, the iced peppermint mocha is the perfect holiday drink.
Because of my undying love of caramel I had high expectations for the latte, however, I was definitely let down. The drink is overly sugary and despite being one of the holiday additions, it doesn’t deliver the same magical feeling. However, for those with a sweet tooth, this drink may be your favorite of the holiday addition. It doesn’t have much caffeine and is blended with rich caramel and cream. The added mountain of whipped cream and sugar crystal topping doesn’t disappoint those looking for a sugar rush.
