Patriot defensive back sophomore Earl Little Jr. announced his invitation to the 2022 All-American Bowl this past Thursday, May 21.
One of only 100 senior athletes across the nation selected to participate in the annual event, the four-star corner has aspired to play among the best in the bowl.
“It was a dream come true to be honest,” Little Jr. said. “As a kid, I always wanted to play in either this game or the Under Armour one, watching them on tv.”

Playing in the bowl will place Little Jr.’s name among some of the top athletes who participated in the game and went on to find success in the NFL, including former Heritage running back Sony Michel.
In his sophomore year, Little Jr. appeared in all 12 games for the Patriots and secured four interceptions throughout the season, enough for second-most on the team, and found the endzone once.
The 2022 All-American Bowl is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Saturday, Jan. 8 2022 and will be nationally televised on NBC.
