The varsity ice hockey team continued with the annual tradition of senior night and celebrated a 3-2 win against Skate Zone at Panther’s IceDen in Coral Springs Jan. 23.
Seniors honored included team captain Michael Obrevko, goalie Ryan Skupien, and defensive player Alan Jacob. After senior recognition, the game commenced at 7:45 p.m.
Although it was a close game, the continued support from coaches Haber and Usan and team manager Sophia Donskoi was visible from the sidelines. Cameron Wolk scored two goals, and Anthony Van Steenkiste scored one goal, leaving the Patriots with a 3-2 win.

The Patriots’ next game will be at Glacier Ice and Snow Arena on Sunday, Jan. 29 at 5:30 p.m against Stoneman Douglas.
