In an effort to help relieve the troubles of those who lost their homes and those risking their lives to fight the Palisades wildfires, Key Club hosted a California Palisades Wildfire donations drive Jan. 13-21.
The club collected a large variety of items including baby supplies, personal care items such as toothbrushes, canned foods, boxed meals, pet supplies, clothing, bedding and first aid.
“We got so many donations of everything ranging from hygiene products to pet items to infant care, it was overwhelmingly amazing,” junior organizer Laila Rozenberg said.
Along with material donations, students had the opportunity to write handwritten letters to firefighters and volunteers to show appreciation and provide an uplifting message for their hard work and dedication.

Wonderful for students to help those Californians in need, those who have suffered from the devastating fires!
