Armed with legal pads and draft resolutions, Model United Nations (MUN) students braved the cold weather and traveled to Washington, D.C. to compete at North American Invitational Model United Nations (NAIMUN).
Heritage’s Model UN team defeated the odds, becoming one of only five schools to receive the “Award of Excellence,” an honor which cements the team’s position as one of the five best Model UN programs in the nation.
American Heritage placed third of 175 schools in attendance.

Heritage competed and, in true Heritage fashion, won the Award of Excellence for their delegation for the second year in a row.
