The girls’ volleyball season began Aug 14.  So far, the varsity team has had  two wins against American Heritage Boca and Monsignor Edward Pace High School and two losses against Pompano Beach HS and Somerset Academy (Pines).

The season has started a bit bumpy for junior varsity, but many of the teammates are looking forward to improving their skill and the way they play as a team.

I expect to get better this season because this is my first year and I want to learn more,” eighth grader Jade Kim said.  Many player on the junior varsity team are eager to learn more about the sport and play in upcoming tournaments, games and competitions.

Two weeks ago, the junior varsity team earned their first win against Pace (2-1). If interested in joining the team next season, contact Coach Moreau at [email protected].

“Even if you’re bad, you’re gonna have a lot of fun,” junior Jesse Schiller said.
