Heritage ice hockey beats MSD, 4-3

Heritage ice hockey went head-to-head with Marjory Stoneman Douglas Dec. 19 at the Florida Panthers IceDen. The Patriots gained another win for the season, beating MSD 4-3.

Before the game started, the Heritage team felt confident about their abilities and certain that they’d go home with another victory. “ I feel pretty good. We’ve beaten this team before so, it should be a good game,” freshman Austin Forman said.

Senior Nithisha Makesh returns for her third and final year on the Patriot Post staff. She hopes to make this year memorable and one of the best. Besides writing articles and studying, she enjoys crocheting and watching Gilmore Girls. On campus, she is involved in numerous activities including Literary Magazine, EHS, The Urban Garden Initiative, The Butterfly Project, Girl Up, Moot Court, Quill and Scroll and Key Club.
