At the Senior Class Awards on Thursday, football star Reggie Camille won the Patriot Award, Reese Verret earned Outstanding Academic Senior and Mu Alpha Theta president Aaron Alter was named Outstanding Senior during the class’s award ceremony Thursday night.
After seniors and their families seated themselves in the auditorium, upper school principal Mr. Osmel Rodriguez explained to the audience that the event was much more sparse compared to the other awards ceremonies because seniors were awarded by each department. The awards ceremonies for other grades involve multiple teachers awarding students from their classes. However, there were also awards unique to the senior class, such as the Silver Knight and Spirit of Service awards.
