Paving the road to states by defeating Inlet Grove

From here on out for the Patriots football team, it’s do or die: win and keep playing for the state championship, or lose and toss in the towel. After an intense game, the Heritage Patriots ended the Inlet Grove Hurricanes’ season by defeating them 43-7 in the first round of regional playoffs.

Going into the first playoff game holding a 9-1 record as the number one seed, the road to victory seemed clear against number eight seed Inlet Grove. The Patriots did not disappoint, with everyone pulling their weight for the win.

Heritage now advances to the next round of the playoffs where they will face off against the Boynton Beach Tigers.
