Actors and producers alike at the Colonial Theater in Boston never know who will get killed next.

The spring musical, “Curtains,” opens tonight in the Main Stage Theater, and is continuing tomorrow (3/13) and Saturday 3/14 at 7 p.m. Come watch to become the detective and figure out who is the killer.

The show follows Boston detective Frank Cioffi as he investigates the shocking murder of a Broadway-bound leading lady on opening night at the Colonial Theatre in Boston. As suspicion spreads backstage, the cast and producers scramble to fix their struggling musical, Robbin’ Hood, before it heads to Broadway, while Cioffi races to uncover the killer hiding among them.

The musical stars seniors Daniel Font-Wilets as Cioffi; Lindsay Dokson as Nikki, a naive chorus girl who falls in love with Cioffi; Noah Duro-Andre as Aaron Fox, the show-within-the-show composer; Ash Felix as Carmen Bernstein, the brassy Broadway producer; and Matthew Squeri as Bobby, the choreographer and lead dancer; junior Luca Damiano as Christopher Beilling, the camp and funny English director; sophomores Sofia Lopez as Georgia Hendricks who takes on the leading lady role; and Andrea Gonzalez Perez as Johnny, the show-within-the-show stage manager; and freshman Kornel Racz as Oscar, the general manager who is always looking for any angle to find money.
